LUNCH BREAK WITH AMG

Ben Folds put on a great show last night. Even if you didn't know his songs, the fact he's playing a piano just adds something cool to the mix. He seems like a sweet dude, as well.

I loved it ... he played nine or ten songs I knew and played for a solid two hours ... didn't really play much Ben Folds Five stuff, but did play "Brick," "Kate," "Narcolepsy," "200 Angry Faces," "Bitches Ain't Shit" and of course his more well-known single stuff like "Landed," "Rocking the Suburbs," "Zak and Sara," and few others.

One of my favorite concerts ever.

Me and The Godfather had great seats as well ... to the right of the stage in the first row of the stage level seating/standing area.

He stood next to this marginally cute hillbilly chick with a cute nose ring and huge personality. I woulda showed her my headquarters.

I made nice with a chick who I texted The Godfather:

"Is this chick next to me cute?" His response? "Yep."

She was a sophomore at Ohio State. Her sister, standing next to The G-Fath was a junior in high school.

I am money at places like Ben Folds concerts. The wanna-be artsy chicks dig the wanna-be something AMG. I coulda had my pick of 15-20 chicks who definitely saw the movie "Atonement."

Went with the chick from Dublin. Cute face, ran track, a little more artsy than she actually is and so on and so forth. I fucking love being me.

Stopped by McFadden's afterward for a beer. Fuck. That place is SWEET. So many chicks with X's on their hands and easily two of the top 10 best looking chicks I've seen since my return to C-Bus in 2005.

Holy shit, the dude who opened for Ben Folds was awesome. Some dude named Eef. Like Spleef, without the Splee. It was just him and an electric guitar. He wrote really cool/funny songs. I will check him out on the Napster.

Wrapped up the night kinda early around 12:30 a.m. with a stop at Wendy's. I got a large fry and a frosty. I called that frosty a "friggity." Godfather went with a five-piece nugga and a Sprite.

If you could've had 15-20, why'd you go home with miggity? And why did I keep talking to Chillicithitty? BTW, big ups for the tickitty.

They played five concerts last night that are better than any concert that Nirvana ever played.
